Flat Belly Foods

Prevention Magazine says there are five flat-belly foods with the power to truly transform your body and lengthen your life. The secret is their magical 'good fats'.

1. Oils: Canola, flaxseed, olive, peanut, pesto sauce, safflower, sesame, soybean, sunflower, or walnut oil.
2. Nuts and Seeds: Almonds, Brazil nuts, dry-roasted cashews, chunky natural peanut butter, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pine nuts, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and tahini.
3. Avocado
4. Olives: black or green
5. Chocolate! Dark or semisweet! I'd love to say eat as much as you want, but I'm sure they mean in moderation......a serving size is 1/4 cup.

I'd bet you need to exercise and lose some fat to have a flat belly, too, but it sure doesn't hurt to have a reminder about good foods every once in a while.
